Photo Shoot

I realized that Leo is growing by leaps and bounds and I haven't captured that in a couple of weeks. Amelia and I are always talking about what Leo is going to do when he is bigger (sit next to her in the shopping cart at SAM'S, eat cherrios, run around the house with her while I am making dinner, etc.), and I cant wait for that time because I am having the best time with Amelia as a little person. I have to remind myself that I don't want Leo to grow up too fast either, I want to have the same memories I have with Amelia with Leo. It's a funny balancing act, but either way, I know I am the luckiest girl around.

Hanging with the boys

A couple of weeks ago, we had dinner with two families that we became friends with while we were all pregnant with our now 2 year olds. Here is Amelia and her two little friends jumping all over the bed. Most of us were downstairs when the fun was taking place, so this picture is new to me as well. Her smile is so big, you can't really see the rest of her face. Would you believe that people who meet her for the first time always tell me how serious she is. Sometimes I like the fact that she saves her silliness for the people she loves.

Many restful nights (hours at a time) were had when we discovered the "swaddle" with Amelia and the same can be said for Leo. Here are my two bundles of joy - literally! Can you tell who is who?

Today...

I told Danny the other day that nothing can bother me if I have my little ones around. Ofcourse, Amelia tried to prove me wrong for a few minutes today...Other than that, we had a fun day just being together. I call them my 'partners in crime' because they do everything with me and, most of the time, with little to no complaining. How many people can you say that about?
