There is no stopping this one...

I always knew that once Amelia started talking, there would be no stopping her. Here is a list of her vocab list. Ofcourse, it is 100 times cuter when you hear it in person: milk, juice, floor, door, horse, Ernie (a favorite of ours), Elmo, blue, purple, Ari (awk), Noah (no), Tante Becca (BEC), Bubbie (bub), Zadie (zaidze or zaidzaids), Torah, ark, shul, sit, here, more, Dad, Mom (or Moooooooooooooom), hello, bye, Amelia (me), geese, dog, stroller, doll, baby (our number one pick for cuteness), paper, pen, jewelry (ju), bracelet (brace), necklace (neck), fall, rock (awk - if Ari is around, it gets confusing), walk (also awk - I spend my days translating...), park, Sarah (her favorite teacher), napkin (hap), man, stamp (hamp), woman (cant really describe it...), flower, cheese, fork, hiding, work, home, book, run, fast, doctor (doc), exercise (ex), honey (usually, referring to Danny)...and there's more, I am sure. You will just have to call her one day and find out for yourself. Just make sure it is not during peak hours, she does have a habit of keeping people on the phone for *minutes* with her banter.

Simply Irresistible

What can I say? She loves her new (hand-me-down) potty, and as long as I dont have to actually clean it - I am fine with that. Ofcourse, spending my time chasing her cute tushy around in an attempt to get a diaper back on is not my idea of a great time. Give and take, I guess.

Personal Trainer

As part of Danny's recovery, he has to do regular strength exercises at home. Last night, Amelia took turns with him and when it wasn't her turn, she was yelling out "Two!" "Two!". There is nothing like a good personal trainer.

Girly Girl

Yesterday I decided it was time to get my kitchen clean so I asked one of my former students (a.k.a. new favorite person in the world) to come and play with Amelia. They had the best time playing dress up, I just had to document it.
