24 hour shift

It is 12:26am, -4F outside, and I am finishing up preparations for Amelia's 3rd birthday party tomorrow. While I would love to be curled up in bed right now, what I want even more is for Amelia to have the best time with her friends tomorrow. I can't wait to see her in, um, 6 hours, and see her face when she sees everything set up. She's my little girl, growing up fast. Making her days as special as can be is the best job I have.
