My babe's all growed up

For the last few weeks, Leo has been turning into a big boy right in front of my eyes. New words, semi-complete sentences, sitting with us at the dinner table, and understanding everything that is going on around him. I love having conversations with Leo and getting that sly look of his when he feels embarressed or is just trying to be cute. Leo has also had more time outs in the past week than Amelia gets in a month and I have to keep from smiling every time he picks up one of his books or a bowl full of pretzels and just belts it across the room. Hopefully, Leo will calm down a little when it comes to practicing his shot put, but either way, I am loving the big boy hugs and kisses and can't wait to hear those four precious words that Amelia says to me every night..."I Love You, Mommy"
