I am so lucky...

I was going to title this entry "Wheeeee" or something similar, but as I went through the pictures, all I could think of was how I lucky I am. Life is so overwhelming now, never enough hours in the day to even think of everything that needs to be done. What makes it all OK is that we know what is important in life...

Anna Bubbie helped us get this wonderful swing set for the kids. Danny spent a day and a half putting it together and the kids have been enjoying it ever since. Amelia told us that it was more fun than the park and it is definitely easier to get to!

Amelia and Leo love our neighbors behind us, Kimberly and James - we just arent sure if the feelings are mutual quite yet. Leo and James were born one day apart and we didn't even know our neighbors that well then. I am sure the boys will turn out to be great friends - and the girls, too!

Amelia is still looking for volunteers to go on the "teeter-tatter" with her. Oh, right...Amelia did tell me that she is now calling it a "see-saw". In any case, if anyone is interested, let me know.

Thankfully, Leo hasn't figured out that he can run to the frontyard and street from the backyard. Instead, he really enjoys playing with the toys and running around on the grass. I love watching him run back and forth. Like they say, it doesn't take much.

Amelia asks about riding her "new bike" all day long. She even called Danny to ask him if he would take her outside when he got home. Amelia really impresses us with her riding ability, she can now turn around and *stop* on her own and rarely needs a push from us. What a big girl!
