FOOD!!

It's been an all liquid diet for Leo for the last 6 months and I am not sure how well he has taken to the change. We have been trying cereal since Friday and this afternoon was the first time he ate without screaming. He does love those cheerios though...half the fun is searching for them. That used to keep Amelia busy for *minutes* - a whole load of cheerios and an excersaucer, worth every penny. Speaking of Amelia, she is so cute with the whole feeding thing. She gets every part of it. She knows he can have only one cheerio at a time, so she checks his mouth with her finger (just like the mama) and gives him another one. I always have that fear in the way back of my head that Amelia is going to give him one of her pretzels as she is sitting next to him reading. I can just hear her little voice if I would warn her not to give him anything..."Mommy...Leo doesn't eaaaaaaaat pretzels! Silly Mama!!". Apparently, Leo thinks he can eat string cheese. Good thing Amelia wasn't around to see that.
